In her work, Julieanne is able to combine a passion for photography, a mastery of digital imaging techniques, and her degree in psychology, to find within herself the raw components of visual emotion. She will be discussing her favorite personal projects including how she captured, enhanced and published images for her books, Window Seat, the Art of Digital Photography and Creative Thinking, and Passenger Seat – Telling your photographic story with Adobe Lightroom from conception to publication, Moments Combined – a series of digitally composited images exploring dreams and, The Red Thread– a look at how photography can help to see relationships between events in our lives. Julieanne will share insights not only to her creative process but also the Photoshop techniques which enable her to create her photographic illustrations.
Julieanne is Principal Evangelist for Photoshop and Lightroom at Adobe Systems, founder of jkost.com, author of Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop CC Essential Training with Lynda.com, publisher of the Daily Photoshop and Lightroom Tip, host of “The Complete Picture” a bimonthly instructional training program featuring Lightroom and Photoshop on AdobeTV, and author of “Window Seat – The Art of Digital Photography and Creative Thinking”.
